We are getting very close to completion! The east building sold units will be finished by May 1, 2009. The west-building sold units will finish out in June. The City Water Department decided in March that it was going to replace the entire water line between Richmond and Silver. This is great, as we will have a new water line and a freshly paved alley. The work has caused us some delay and we hope to have the alley work completed early may. Our sales are going very well, as we have, over half of our homes sold and a very good selection of one and two bedroom units available.

Starting in June, we will have a furnished model open daily, stop by and visit!
