The long "Indian summer" has been great for Greg Lutz our general contractor and his various crews. We are nearly halfway complete with the exterior stucco and our design and colors have been very well received by the community. The third floor walkway is complete and really ties the two buildings together. Our goal for this month is to finish all exterior work before the hard winter arrives.

Interior HVAC units and ducting is coming along nicely and we should be completed with this phase before the New Year. Our electricians are busy wiring the individual homes and bit by bit the units are beginning to take shape. Rough in plumbing is complete in the east building and soon we will begin the insulation and drywall.

Owners have been stopping by and taking tours of the property with friends and family. This is always fun for me, as we are excited to show off the beautiful workmanship of our subcontractors. For those of you who haven't been by, we are always available to take you through the building. Just call me at 615-8613 and we will grab you a hard hat!
